Hospitals of Ontario Pension Plan
Members of CUPE Local 7800 belong to the Hospitals of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOP), a province-wide plan designed to provide a secure retirement to Ontario hospital workers. Changes to pension benefits are negotiated between the hospital unions and employers.
